Salon Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your hair and nail care! We value your time and ask that you respect ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking terms before finalizing your appointment:

1. Booking Fees & Deposits

  • Hair Appointments: A non-refundable $25 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling.

  • Nail Appointments: A non-refundable $15 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling.

  • Payment Policy: All booking fees secure your spot and will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

2. Accessibility & Accommodations

  • Special Needs: We strive to create an inclusive, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone. If you have a disability, sensory sensitivities, or require specific physical accommodations, please let us know in the booking notes or contact us ahead of time. This allows us to properly prepare the space or assign the most accessible station for your visit.

3. Late Arrival & Grace Period

  • We offer a 10-minute grace period.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled to avoid running into the next client’s scheduled time. An automatic late fee of $10 will be charged,

  • Late arrivals that result in a cancellation will be treated as a no-show.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule modifications.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up, your booking fee ($25 for hair / $15 for nails) will be forfeited.

5. Contact & Booking Modifications

  • Online Portal: You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment online through our booking portal up to 24 hours before your start time.

  • Direct Contact: For last-minute changes, emergencies, or accommodation requests, please reach out to us directly:
